clown loaches

so I got 4 clown loaches in a 72 gallon for a year now and one died on me and I dont no why. Other 3 are fine and healthy. The one that died wouldnt eat at all Im so mad right now !!

Did the one that perish have skinny disease or a knifeback by dorsal fin area? If so, it is a waste away disease where they don't eat for a weeks or months, and lethargic.

We need a little more of a lead up to his demise. Any strange behaviors prior to death? Any visible signs of stress or possible infections? How big is he? Any tankmates? You said he wasn't eating. For how long did he not eat?
