what size tank would I have to have to house a pair of ora snowflakes? I was thinking ten.

10 should be good just dont over feed and a 50% water change evert 2 to 3 weeks

You should be fine. I would keep them by themselves. I wouldn't go quite as high as 50% water changes, smaller more frequent would be better, but the point remains the same, keep the water quality up. Joee also makes a good point about feeding.
