So I've been treating my tank for ich and all other fish have done well and lost the white spots and stopped itching but my smallest clown loach is really riddled with it never seen a fish with so much ich I treated with salt a few days ago and raised the temp. Yesterday I added some anti white spot treatment but still not seeing any results, is he just taking a few extra days to get over it. Any more suggestions will be great.

The tank temp is what?

My recollection is that the ick life cycle is many days at lower temps and the form attached to the fish is not going to be harmed by salt or temps. It's when they drop off and try to form clusters that they are affected.

You want the temps up to 86 or 87 to accelerate the life cycle. The higher temps and salt will kill it off once it detaches.

This, and treat for at least a week after the symptoms off ALL fish have COMPLETELY gone away. I would even treat for longer
