I have a maroon clown that is showing signs of ick. He's in an 80 g tank. What are the best treatments.

Tank occupants are as follows.

Sailfin Tang.
Raccoon Tang.
Valentini puffer.
2 maroon clowns
Ocellatius Clown.
And a Coral Beauty.

Since you don't have corals you can hypo the whole tank

Over a period of 36 to 48 hours lower your salinity to 1.008-1.009. This should be done for 4 weeks after the last spot is seen. If new spots show the clock starts over again. Do everything else like normal during this time, ie: feeding, lighting etc. After the four weeks is over you should raise your salinity back to normal over a period of 6-7 days. Can be longer but NEVER shorter than 6 days.

This is what I've begun doing to my tank. Powder brown tang brought in some serious Ich and it killed him as well as my niger trigger. I've begun lowering my salinity as well. Fingers crossed it works.
