Can anyone tell me why my CKFs are rubbing against each other? Is it a sign of aggression? Breeding? Just normal activity between 2 new CKFs?

Sounds like a dominance issue. All fish have hierarchy rank. If they rub on the substrate then they may be ill.

I'm actually treating the tank for ich right now. So they do rub on substrate here n there. But on eachother?

So after that night they never rubbed against each other again. Must've been a display of dominance

He still does I but much less. I'm on about day 4 of treating for ich. So I imagine it might take a couple days to get rid of it
