I've been using this for the past month and it works like a charm. Essentially it's an inline ceramic diffuser and all that comes out of the spraybar is a fine mist of CO2.
Note it will only work with pressurized CO2 and you need a decent amount of flow to make it work efficiently. For example, it wasn't doing great on my Eheim 2213 but works perfectly on my Sun Sun canister.
Just throwing another option for CO2 diffusion rather than building your own or buying more expensive, inefficient varieties.
