I'm just wondering if, since the water is already traveling down against the bubbles dissolving them, if I can put my reactor on the intake hose of my fx5? It would sure make things a lot easier. Just wondering if it's possible.

Needs to go on the output. It's said that bubbles could damage your pumps impeller.

Jcardona, what setup do you recommend for plumbing into your canister output? Links?
I like the DIY rex grigg-style reactor made out of PVC. Tried and true method with good results. For tanks over 30g, this is way to go, or using a needle-wheel pump.
