i was thinking about getting a co2 system for my 37g. and i was wondering if its worth it and how easy it is to set up? also can anyone recommend a system?

currently have 4 XL amazon swords and a couple things of potted grass. 3" eco-complete substrate.

just added some more plants.

current plant line up: 4 amazon swords XL, 2 potted grass, 2 narrow leaf chain sword(echinodorus tennellus), 2 water sprite, 2 variegated japanese dwarf rush, and 2 of some reddish looking thing that really doesnt have roots (ill get a photo tomorrow.)

substrate: eco-complete.

livestock: 1 angel, 6 cories, 1 clown pleco( very small), puffer to keep snails away, and some convict fry(angel snacks, i hope). going to get some fancy male guppies tomorrow.

lighting is Double Linear Strip 65 watt 10,000K and 65 watt True Actinic 03 Blue straight pin base compact fluorescent lamps( replacing actnic w/ 65w 6500k tomorrow), Two 3/4 watt Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED lamps

filter: emperor 280, and trianglur sponge filter.

2 questions: 1. can someone "list" things needed for proper co2 setup?
2. is there anything else i need?
