I'm looking into getting a co2 system for my 40 breeder. Eventually I'll be transfering all my plants and fish to a 75 gallon. What is the most cost-effective co2 kit I can get?

From what I'm gathering, I need a tank, regulator, needle valve, and diffuser. This seems to be the tank and regulator, would this also be the needle valve too and then I'd just need to make a homemade diffuser?
I would go with a Milwualkee (sp) regulator. Granted it isnt the best but will do the job, comes with Bubble Counter, adn everything else. Water-testers.com

Order this. It comes with the tubing, check valve, bubble counter, full reg setup... Everything you need minus the diffuser for well under 100$. I have it, it's great.
