Coal grunter vs. Cuban cichlid

I'm thinking about putting ONE of the two into a 55gallon sometime soon. I haven't gotten a price quote on the grunter yet, so here's the question:

IF the grunter is kind of expensive, would it be worth it over the cuban? I think I can get a cuban for way cheaper, I'm sure, and easier.

PS- I hope this is the right forum (Sa/Ca, or other monster fish didn't seem to fit)......

Cubans are nice fish and would fit well into that tank, would be my choice. Possibly because I dont know too much about Coal Grunters too lol

Cubans look waaaaay better. Those look like fish I would eat. They might be rare but they are ugly.
