I went there 16 years ago when I was stationed in Korea. It was a neat little aquarium. Looks like they've improved on their native species displays.
We had a plane run off the end of the runway into a drainage ditch and there were dozens of weather loaches dieing from the jet fuel leaking from the plane. This ditch was only 2 or 3 feet high and a little over a foot deep. I was amazed how many fish were in roughly a 20 foot section.
