IN YOUR HEAD
i seen several red wolves at the lfs the other day and i never see wolves around me...i was thinking about getting one or some...the store owner said they are the most agressive fish he as ever seen...idk if they are corectly labeled or not, but they were about 5" long +- and were stone gray with a red tip to the tail...they were deff wolves though if they weren't red's...

thoughts on if they would be fine with dats, aros, polys, knife fish, lima cat and sa lungfish?

hmmm i never heard of this fish before...any picture? google failed....

Just get one Wolf, Wolves rarely can co-habitat, They might at first then the next morning you'll find the smaller one in the larger ones mouth.

Agreed. Although no more wolves unless you have a very large tank. They only get to 8" so most of your stock would be able to eat it.

they would be in a 180gal tank with all of the mentioned fish...how many wolves would you say would be the 'max'..

Red Wolves can also fight fish larger than itself. My 5" didn't like my 12" Oscar very much. :D
It is a risk, but sometimes you have to take risks to see how it turns out in the end. ;)

maybe the wolves and i will get along great as i didn't like my 12" oscars eaither:grinno:...i have a 55gal that is stocked with a orino that i am just waiting for the guy to say he's got the money to buy it and a common pleco that i just have to get around to bringing to a store or someone that wants it as it is 13-14"...

i may very well get some as i have always wanted a wolf and i never see them...i wonder if they want to trade something...that would be nice...
