Hi...
What is the common name of COIUS QUADRIFASCIATUS i cant seem to find it...as i might order some but i dont want to if they are silvers thanks
 
DAng...Dixon you know where i can get a wide bar or a thin bar? i had a silver but sold it as it need brackish when he was older :(
 
really? i was told they do thats y i sold him
 
i think they do a little better in brackish but they do fine in fresh. but dont take my word for it.

you're right, all you need to do is keep the PH 7.0-8.0, and add like a tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons.

You dont need to have exactly 5 tbs per gallon, all fish can deal with salt, for the most part, thats why we all use salt to help heal hurt fish...
