Anyone have any info on the Cold Tolerance of Channa Aurantimaculata (Orange Spotted Snakehead) and the Chevron Snakehead. Could they survive outside in a pond type setup in Canada?

Look them up on FishBase and then compare the climates of the country/countries they live in to that of where you are.
