I've got 1400gals of aquariums. I have tanks with pellet and talapia eating fish. My 270 gal ,60 gal and 130 gal tank have fish that won't eat anything but feeders. 2-P. bass, several small Dats, 1-8" NG Dat, 2- 18" Electric Eels(135 gal) I quit getting feeders last week. I put 4 chunks of talapia in the E eels tank at night before going home when the lights go out. The talapia is still there in the morning when I open up the store I remove uneaten pieces. The others get a chance at Telapia when I feed the ones that will eat it. The NG took a piece this morning, but spit it out. He's ready to eat what I want him to eat. My Lfs Guy sais about 4 weeks is the limit to hold back on feeders. How does this routine sound?
