Cold Water Change

I often hear people saying that a cold water change has induced breeding for them. How cold of water do you use when trying to induce spawning?

I use this method for ca/sa cichlids ( I don't think it works for every species of fish) and I usually do 50-60% water changes with water that is 2-5 degrees cooler.

You could also turn uo the heat for a while then do a w/c.......
