Im population my pond for the first time with some fish, its not a huge pond, maybe 4 feet wide and deep. it didnt freeze over this winter so i know fish will be fine with living over winter. but i was wondering what are all the different kinds of cold water fish i could keep in my pond all year long in new jersey?

cpd? hillstreem loachs? weather loachs? white cloud minnows? guppys? gold barbs? mollys? ect.

You can do koi, hi fin shark, channel cat, bullhead cat, spinibarbus denticulatus, mahseers. I'm sure there are many more but those are the ones I've done in cold water but this is in San Diego where winters are very mild.

i would go for koi and chinese hi fin banded sharks

Im talking about smaller more attractive fish. and aren't chinese hi fin banded sharks too expensive to risk wintering them in a pond?

four feet deep and many 5 feet length and width. and i have a much smaller pond that flows into it, i was thinking of putting some hillstream loaches there since they could handle the current and temp
