I'm headed out to Scotts Run Lake in French Creek State Park tomorrow and i was wondering if anyone had any lures or presentations that might help me catch my first pickerel or pike. I've been dying to get one of these this year and seeing as I can't figure out a way to catch bass since the cold set in, I figured I would give it an honest effort tomorrow. I just bought a few spoon lures and I have two krocodiles but other than that I'm in left field. I don't know where to look for these guys either so any pointers would be very appreciated. Thanks fish veterans, this is my first winter and the lack of fishing is depressing me, Im looking for a window to keep the dream alive.
