Coldwater Monster Fish Compatible With Koi?

That is a good suggestion, but I am worried about fin nipping. Would you know if they are a nippier fish?
Does anyone here have experience with keeping ide?
Since it is a food fish, I would say they nip a little. But from wikipedia and other sources, they seem relatively peaceful
Eels are escape artists and drifters. I doubt you can keep one down in a pond, even if the pond is screened.
Golden orf is a variant of ide. I keep them with koi and many other people do too. They cohabit seemingly perfectly.
