Collecting fish in Mexico?

Does anyone know anybody or when somebody will be collecting carpintes in Mexico. I got one from a guy last year that was wild caught. And I am waiting for him to get more. His importer is not collecting where mine is from. He has some in a pond but he wants to be true to his word and get me a true WC.

Man, I hate to tell you but there are no commercial exporters in Mexico, what few wild fish we get are from people who go down there and collect, it's actually illegal for us to collect fish in Mexico and bring them back, but it does happen from time to time. Where is your fish from?

I figured you would know more than anyone. It was a guy in Louisiana. His says he can't get anymore.
