Collecting trip

I just got back from two day collecting trip to the Piedmont of NC. We collected in the Pee Dee and Santee water sheds. We caught Flat Bullheads (Ameiurus catus) Margined Madtoms (Notuus gyrinus) Black Jumprock (Scartomyzon cervinus) Fieryblack shiner ( Cyprinella pyrrhomela) Seagreen Darter (Etheostoma thalassinum) Tessellated Darter (Etheostoma olmstedi) Piedmont Darter (Percina crassa) six crayfish I haven't identified yet and several other chubs, dace and shiners. Great trip guys!

Sounds like it was fun. I live in the Piedmont area and haven't done that. hmmmm....

ive never even used a minnow seine. i use large dip nets at spillways
