Im transfering from an Associates degree program to a BS and from one college to another. Im a victim of lack of information. You call the college to ask a question and NOBODY knows nothing! By the time you get transfered to someone who knows something, you get the voicemail. Last week they said they never recieved my transcript because my current college messed up and sent it to the wrong college. Got that problem fixed and everything is supposed to be 'all set' after i asked if there were anyone more forms to be filled out. Got an e-mail today saying forms are missing. I call the school and they tell me to go to the website which in turn tells me to call the number i just called. I got transfered AGAIN! and got a voicemail AGAIN! Lady actually called me back and said i need to talk to the financial aid counselor and gave the number. THE SAME FRICKEN NUMBER FROM THE WEBSITE! 
Told them i need to speak to my counselor, "Hold Please" doo dee doo da(hold music) then another voicemail! 
Called the number back and they said the lady is out and i'll need to schedule an appointment. I said let me schedule then. 'Hold please' more elevator music, Mrs. ------ is out, you'll have to call back monday. 
OMG! IM SO SICK OF INCOMPETANT PEOPLE! WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE BEING PAID FOR? THE REASON IM TACKING ON $8,000 A YEAR TO MY LOAD AGREEMENT IS TO EMPLOY PEOPLE LIKE THAT! BETWEEN THE HIGH COST OF TUITION AND ALL THE BS COLLEGE IS LOOKING TO ME TO NOT BE WORTH IT! 
Is it just colleges in Memphis or has anyone else had this problem?
