I'm probably going to be taking a 3 gallon tank with me next year to college and I want to know what you guys would do with it? I kind of want to steer away from the common betta but it that's it that's what I'll do...

Thanks
Mike

um that might be a bit small but i would go w/ some dwarf ram cichlids.......mabe in a 10gal at least

I've always been a fan of tetras as well.........mabe some fancy guppies??

Betta or nano planted or sorts. Pico reef if you know salt.

I had a 20g on my desk through college. Walking down the hall with buckets was not fun.

You're not going to get much more than a betta in a 3 gallon tank maybe a cpl white clouds or a cpl of guppies

Invest in a Python!!! well worth it.

he would have to be kept alone, and i believe they require brackish water.........puffers are very mean for their size, and i think most have a beak so they give nasty bites to other tank mates. as well as yourself hahaha

bettas are over done and way to common i'm sorry but i think he is going for originality..... dwarf puffers are neat i guess they kinda flutter around like a obese humming bird haha

Guppies and tetras at that size you've not a lot of options
