Hey guys. I got a new guy about 3 weeks ago and when I first got him he was very yellow and pearly. He has now gotten a lot more pink/red tone to him and seems to have lost some of the pearly color he once had. The water quality is perfect with a pH of 7.2, and I do weekly water changes faithfully. I keep my tank temp at 81.5 degrees. He is growing and seems very healthy and active, but he just seems alot more pink and dull. Anything diet wise or water temp that may enhance some of the yellow tones & pearls? I feed a variety of beef heart, blood worms, krill, and Starry sparkle pellets.
