What color form of discus looks most like the wild variety. I want the color but not taken out of the wild.

try to find F1 or F2's but really there are no domestics that look like wilds. why not wilds? they are not endangered and not over harvested. most people go with domestics because of the colors and the belief that wilds are hard to keep which is far from true, so there is not a high demand for these beautiful fish.
there are no captive bread pure wilds (yet) but you can get domestic alenquers and santarem discus that look like wild browns and there are the domestic tefes that have the wild look also.
