Color peeling?

My Kamfa seems to be shifting from orange to red. I'm not complaining but wtheck I love the orange. Also he hasn't turned black as I thought he would before peeling into this red..

He was probably that color to start with. First picture looked like he's stressed and not comfortable but 2nd picture looked like he adjusted to the environment and is happy so his colors brightened up. He doesnt look like the fader type flowerhorn. But nice kamfa for sure.

When we got him he was brown from stress. In a week or so he turned orange.

Now about a month in hes Red. I haven't seen a color peel that wasn't a fader. Kinda cool I guess.
