I've been thinking about breeding my ebjd and while my first thought was of course to start down the long road to more ebjds, I was wondering if anyone had bred them to other fish. Would any of the blue carry over if bred out of species? I don't know anything about the interspecies genetics of color, especially the dominant/recessive structure. Anyone here that can help?

The first generartion of new hybrid would not show any signs of blue but if you took a few from batch of fry and then breed them you could potentially get blue from new hybrid, Since both parents must carry the gene.
