Is there a type of red or moon phase strip light that you've used or heard abaut I know they don't like bright light but I figured this would Be hot

I've had blue lights on a 125 RBP tank awhile back. In the end I didn't like it and I don't think it made a huge difference in the Ps overall attitude about the light. They just plain don't like light.

I have blue LED moon light, only turn it on when the main light is off just so that I can see the fish, still turn it off when I go to bed
if you look at my video on my new caribe shoal you'll see they swimming around just fine with decent lighting. used my IP camera to take that video, if I was there they'll all be hiding. it is we human that they are afraid of, not the light.

I only have one bulb in my hood and it's the zoomed coralife actinic bulb. It's supposed to simulate deep water light with the reds and greens filtering out first and the blues remaining. When I turn it on, and turn the room light off, my P really comes out of his shell and swims around the tank.

They would shimmer great if you did a red tube like that, then added some blue aquarium LED's shooting in from the sides. Shimmer is best achieved thru multiple light sources/positions.
