colored midas with barred

I just picked up a BEAUTIFUL male midas with a HUGE hump I am now looking for him a female I was thinking about a barred female

how would the babies come out what percentage of barred vs. colored

It depends on which coloration is the dominant gene. All of the first offspring will be either barred or colored, but carry the gene with the other trait. If you breed the offspring with each other, you will get 25% colored with no barred genes, 25% barred with no colored genes, and 50% either barred or colored with the opposite gene.
