I have a group of Yellow Labs, all healthy as far as I know, and I just noticed that one of my females is almost colorless. She has a bit of yellow on the forehead area, but the rest of her is pink. She almost looks albino, even the black stripe on her dorsal fin looks faded. I don't think she looked like that when I got her. She is eating and seems active enough.
