I just wanted to know what really determines a peacock's colors? Is it just one of these, maybe a few of these or maybe all of them? So far I've heard different saying? Its the location they come from? Its their genes? Its what you feed them? exposing them to real sun light?

Captive breeding/selective breeding plays a intricate role in color as well. Never heard anything about sun light changing the colors.
