Will a green arowana become red or maybe golden if fed the right type of food? Let's say majority of its diet is market prawn..
If not, what are the other colours that a green aro could produce besides yellow & green..

Should you have the answer already? There's a reason green arowanas are called GREEN. If the aro becomes red, then it would be called a RED arowana. If the aro be come golden, then it would be called a GOLDEN arowana There's no such food that can change the green arowana color into others. You can dye it into red, but I don't recommend to do so, though

LOL, give it time to what? To turn gold or red? Ill buy someone a house if they can make a genuine green aro turn red with food, no dying them or using hormone enhancers.

When they get older some green develop a golden shine, but not all. However it's NOT really similar to the real golden variety, where you can see it in every angle.

I think Koji have a green arowana with goldenish color.

like said before...
a GREEN aro would not turn GOLD or RED,
if not,then everyone would be buying CHEAP green aros and then turning them red or gold.
