Columnaris

I went to the store to buy some columnaris treatments for my gulpers. I picked up some maracyne 1 and Jungle Fungus Clear. I accidently baught maracyne 1 because of reading the back or the box. It stated that it treats columnaris and later i find out that maracyne 2 works better. Will these meds work. Thanks for any infos

Columnaris is a gram-negative bacteria. Maracyn was initially for gram-positive bacteria however the newer version is now a broad spectrum antibiotic tasked to cover both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. If no improvement happens after a few days, add Maracyn 2 to your treatment.
