Can I use both Metro and Copper safe at the same time?

Looking to treat a cichlid with a "hole" behind it's left eye. Started treating with metro yesterday. Now I can see a little red spot within the hole. No stringy white feces and no change is behavior. Still eats like a pig.

Water parameters are good. 50-75% water changes weekly.

Any help is greatly appreciated as this is my 10" A. Nourisati!

Don't know. But why treat w/ CopperSafe?

A good BROAD spectrum parasite med is Parasite CLear. Has Prazi, Metro, aciflaven, diflubenzuron.
