Hey forum,

I am making my way out to CO in the beginning of OCT to find areas to potentially live and to see if i will like it better than southern California. From everything I've been told I will love it.

Ill be in town OCT 14th-17Th. Can any locals tell me places i definitely need to check out. And places that might be good for marketing jobs. Or anything else that I need to know about coming or living there would be much appreciated!!

Thanks Forum!

I'll trade you places :D

I'll be around at least that weekend. What type of place do you live near now? Just trying to figure out what you'd like. I love CO and the weather's great compared to PA, but I hate snow. I'm in Denver and the front range is pretty darn good with snow even though I hate it unless it's in the mountains. Feel free to PM me. I've lived here for 15 years...13 in Berthoud and the rest here just north of Denver. The drivers around here are idiots that drive in the passing lane (don't know what the right lane is for) and don't know how to drive in traffic or merge, but I'm sure you get plenty of that there. Anyway, glad to help.

Colorado sucks, stay away, nothing but cold and snow 8 months of the year. :D

Hi JT,

I'm one of those transplants from CA. If you've never been in the snow or lived in a place with weather, be prepared. It does stay cold for a long time for a southern californian.

It does depend on what your into, but CO has a lot to offer. Plus, people like Paul and Brian (those who posted above), are top notch. If you do make your way up here, it'd be good to have another mfker.
