How does your constant water change system work?:) :)

I have a Kent marine RO/DI that constantly fills the tank. In the sump I have a float and timer system that pumps out the rising sump level to the sewer. I have installed high/low level, and power failure shut downs to prevent spilling and/or pump damage. I dose the tank with black water drip system or keep ketapang leaves in the sump, and dose salt with pond auto feeder( API salt / Epsom salt 50/50 ) to add some trace elements. This system has freed up about 4-5 hours a week:Dheadbang2:D, and the water is near perfect. I wish I built it a long time ago.

Photos plz... I would like to purchase an RO/DI system in the future and the way you explained your set up is what I would love to have.

How do your rays do with your substrate? Can they still burrow?

I really like it though, That driftwood is pretty huge! If there was a way, I would steal your tank!

Thanks for the comments, I'm a little short on time at the moment, but I will gladly explain the system with a few pics in a couple days. The RO/DI I 'm using is a little on the extreme side costing $279.99 from marine depot, and the whole system was about $500. I'll post the details soon, anything to help out other monster keepers!

Take care,
