I really didn't realize how much I love albino sens until I re-started keeping bichirs.

I remember back when I got my first sen and was looking for info on the web and I saw a picture of an albino sen, I immediately was crazy about getting one.

nice, you should get the longfinned albino sen too

Hard out, the albinos are cool, my only issue with them is that their growth is stunted, biggest one I have seen was just past 20cm. My one hit 15cm and stopped. Nice planted tank for him you have there, best way to display them :)

I want one but they're not easy to find in the U.S. I've had regular long-fin before, but I think albino would look cooler.

It's not always stunted, but if they come in with deformedtails and kinked scales, then you know they have bad genetics and won't reach their potential. This one seems flawless and has a nice long proportioned body so I think it will grow to full size. Time will tell.

I agree, the smaller bichirs look best in planted tanks. :D

cool pics

Thanks :)

I have always considered them to be my favorite. I have had many different bichirs and my favorite is actually a tie between my albino senes and my ornates.

I agree with you bro, because of how active they are, I love them and my delhezis the most.

Love the fish! How long have you had them? Are they difficult to take care of?

Thanks! This one here I've only had since Tuesday night. They are very easy to care for.

I used to hand feed my albinos sens, I dont know if can see my hand though or maybe just the food.
