Two Common house Geckos hatching by planted shrub in yard . The eggs were found couple weeks before in small palm tree that was rotted which I removed .
I placed them in the pot since it doesnt get rain as protected by canopy and they hatched (4 alltogether) in last 2 days.

I didnt keep them . I saw 2 of the 4 hatch . I find Gecko eggs here all the time and have found snake eggs (not sure what type) those I find under flat wood board in yard that I keep potted plants on .
I NEVER remove them but these 4 were in a rotted little palm tree I cut couple weeks ago so placed the eggs in a pot under canopy that I have seen Anole eggs in.

They ran up the shrub and left at night . There is a Tokay Gecko in the area its like 5 inches long but stocky I hope he doesnt eat them he eats other house geckoes which I have seen him/her do.
Hope my "kids" leave the area lol

Lol I didnt know till I moved here but there are no basements in Florida . Which makes no sense but the houses dont have basements .

This tokay would kick my butt if I caught him/her lol but I hope soon to catch a good pic of it but not keep it .
