Common pets are sometimes the best!

It's funny I have rare fish that some people never even get the chance to see. Rays, payara, aros and more! Fish/animals that need large habitats, large filtering systems and lots more for them to be able to stay alive. But I have to say hands down my favorite pet is my ornate horn frog aka pacman frog as people know them by. They are at almost every petstore, a beginner pet and an animal that most people walk by everyday and don't even take a second to look at wile in the LFS. This frog can be kept in a 10 gallon for almost life and all they need is a heat pad, water dish, spray bottle and food for the most part.

i have a mexican red knee tarantula and a aviculara aviculara ... not sure if they are really "common" but i do see tarantulas at alot of stores

Tarantulas are boring... Not to be rude but they do like... NOTHING.

I am OBSESSED with my reticulated pythons! I love my fish, but my retics are the ones that brought me into the world of animals when I was just a little kid. No one can just walk by my snakes and not notice them though cuz the really big ones are really impressive. I don't know anyone that can just walk by a 20ft snake and not stop and stare.

I have two chuckwallas which are a pretty common sight out west but I think they're way cooler then my uromastyx

Yeah dude, most people don't like spiders so they skip that area of the store hahah I've seen it!

Try taking it out of its habitat tank setup, he will move then haha my frog I soak him in the tub once a week to make sure they take in enough water and he hops and try's to get away even tho he too fat haha!
