Common Pleco eating a peeled shrimp

So just out of curiusity is it ok if my common pleco ate a peeled shrimp, it was ment for the marbled catfish he is in with at the moment. He never touched them before, but after the first one tonight he was like on crack and was swimming rigght to the top for some with the catfish. Is it ok if he eats them or should i keep a eye on him.

Yes! This is common, they like them

LIke them he was like he had just had his first line or something he went nuts over the next ones. I think tomm im tryand see if i can get him to take it from my hands.

yes it is fine those guys are like garbage disposals.

my pleco always eats some of the shrimp i put in for my catfish, he will also eat krill if my cichlids let it go to the bottom
