I recently took a tank and it's inhabitants from a co worker. The tank is way overstocked. She had 3 big plecos in it. I found a home for one, but am looking for places for the other two. One is about a foot long, the other about 9 inches. They seem healthy. The previous owner said they just hid all day. Of course, they never got anything other than goldfish flakes and were in a bare tank. They are active here, readily eating hikari bottom feeder tablets, zucchini and grazing on their driftwood.
I am in love with them, but know they need bigger than the 55 gallon tank. I live about an hour from Sacramento, so could deliver there. If nothing works out locally I'll consider shipping.
