So I bought my little guy a week ago, and I have yet to see him eat. He is a 4.5 common wolf in a 125gallon. He lives with 2 raphael cats, a big common pleco, 8-9 bala shards, all of which are about 4 inches(the small one has gone missing) and about 10 African Cichilids(which includes the breeding pair) I have been keeping an eye on him and he seems to not like me, he just sits while I am watching the tank but if I take a few steps back and he cannot see me he starts patrolling his world. I am going to pick up some feeders for him today and hopefully that does the trick but he is ignoring blood worms and cichlid sticks. I was wondering if it could be that he is still getting used to his community, or because he just isn't interested in any of that food? Also, are any of his tank makes a potential problem for him? or will they all just become food at some point?

Grats on the wolf. Most likely he will eat everything in the tank accept the raphs as he gets bigger. So just be prepared!!

ya... watch out as he grows bigger, you might want to sell the balas or put them in another tank,
and get a few fish his size and aggression level. but he should eat the feeders, give him time...

I would ditch the africans man unless you want to stick to them only. Wolves do better in a species only tank. Once that Mala hits about 12 inches, anything shiny is going to get butchered badly or eaten
