week 1:

successful. no signs of aggression but i think he really hates feeders the way he kills and eat them. shake and swallow and of course cut. steady supply of food. hes already comfortable with the tank

They are impressive fish but as they get larger they will kill anything they are kept with. I thought about trying one with my pacu and large cats in my 750g but decided not to risk it. Good luck.

1200 pesos/27-30+ dollars for 12" inches, but I don't know how much yohan bought his aba.

got it for 1k about 25-26 usd

grim is now 12" lol ****** hes one hell of feeder killer. but he doesnt have the attitude to cut the feeder in half then leave it and still not showing any aggression towards his tank mates(YET hope he stays that way).

Good luck , lol..

How much do they go for over there?

could vary on sizes. at about 8-9" they sell it for 900 pesos or 20-21 USD thats the cheapest ive seen.

i didnt get the cheaper one cause i thought of marrian(marbled pim) or honey(s. aro) killing it due to its size.

Good thing he is eating very well dude :D, but why feeders?! why?! try to train him on pellets :naughty: my S. arowana is already eating pellets without any starvation process and he still eats them even if I give him some superworms or sardinellas tawilis(whitebaits) :headbang2from 8"-9" after 1 week :WHOA: though I still envy you because you can have as many fish as you want because you have a pond and larger aquariums while I can only accomodate a 200 gal tank outside the house because my grandmother doesn't allowed me to put in a 300+ gallon tank inside:(.
