I want to get a community setup for my 29 gallon thats ugrading to a 55 in a few months. I was thinking of getting 1-2 angelfish, about 5 kuhli loaches, and 4 clown loaches. Anything that I should add or subtract? any fish that will NOT tear up live plants or kill eachother. I'm open for any suggestions. And will anything I just named Uproot plants? thx
 
and a few fancy guppies and tetra.

Congo Tetras are good. So are Cory Cats. And possibly Rams. As for the Kuli Loaches...they are pretty small Loaches and unless it's with smaller species of fish, I wouldn't trust Angels or even the large Loaches with them, but that's just me. They may be fine.
 
yeah the kuhli loaches i already eliminated. Will any of them be the destroyers of plants?
 
would 4 clown loaches, 1 betta fish, 3 rams, 1-2 angelfish, 5 fancy tailed guppies and 10 neons work?
