Compacted African?

My bumble bee is gasping like crazy in my community african tank and seems to be trying to "pass" a cannon ball. take a look at the pic. thanks in advance.

Malawi bloat, it killed most of my fish. Treat it with clout or jungle labs parasite clear. And be sure to do many water changes. The jungle labs worked for me. Hurry before it dies. Good luck.

Any updates so far? What do you feed your fish?

Update: Couldn't net him because I have way too many caves and crevices for him to run to. When he did emerge the lump was smaller. It continued to shrink each day so I'm sure it was not bloat. I questioned the usual suspects in the house till my 10 year old admitted he tossed a baby toad he found in the back yard in there. and the cichlids tore it apart. I don't think they'll be feeding the africans again anytime soon. End of mystery. Here's a pic of my tank.
