I have a 35 gallon with 5 2in dovii,they are being moved to a 125 on Sunday.now the questions. I put in a black codd about 3in and a LM bass and the Ds killed them both in 10minutes.that was all in the 35. Now Sunday, I want to add the Ds and buy 3 small P Bass and add them all at once to the 125. This is temp also because I'm building an indoor pond for the Ds or Bass. Will the Ds kill the P Bass like they did the codd and LMBass? Should I get the bass about 5inches?

If you find P-bass at 5 inches they will cost, and I think the Dovi s will grow faster then the cichla. How big was the lmb?

i wouldnt chance it. cichla dont stand a chance against a dovii, unless theyre a lot bigger. and in that case, theyll eat the dovii

I don't know in gallons but about 5X7X2 feet deep. So 3-4in bass would be a no go with 2 in dovii
peacock bass are a no go with any big aggessive cichlids they will treat them like big feeders. especially dovii , I've even tried big guys on the fluke chance that they would make it. they are not capable of defending theirselves only swallowing any fish they can fit in their mouths
