Made my final decision on what i'm filling my tank with. Going all snakeheads instead of oscars etc. I'm goin g to go either four of five snakeheads but only two different species .. they all have to be dwarf's. Now bigger then twelve inch's ish. thinking two of each or three of one species and two of another. Which does everyone suggest together????

In my experience, it's not as simple as that with SHs.

For example, I had a gachua in with my bleheris once. BIG mistake. One of the bleheris never made it . . .

For best results, stick with one kind. Also make sure the kind you stick with will tollerate it's own.

And, if you are getting a few of one kind you may also want to note that if they pair up and start breeding, they will wipe out all the other fish in the tank.

Good luck!

P.S, I would reccomend Channa Bleheri for starting out.

thats one idea im thiking is all one species. however .. i've heard a few things about certain species turning out well together most of the time so i wanted to see if i could find those few possibilites here
