I have a 180g with 2 small V. Regani, a small unidentifiable Vieja (see my other thread if you want to try!), a 4" V. Argentea, and a 4" V. Synspilum. Does anyone think it would be a problem if I added a small sized Midas/RD and/or Green Terror? I haven't mixed these more aggressive types of cichlids before. Thanks in advance ;)

There are better options that are more safe. How about a JD or an EBJD? A texas? A polleni? Some clown loaches if you want something not cichlid?

I've inquired about some 4" clown loaches off kijiji (canadian craigslist). Do you think an EBJD could survive? I've heard they're very mild mannered, smaller, and a bit weaker than JDs. I'm not too crazy about normal JDs. Texas are something I would consider if I could get a nice carpintis or however it's spelled.

i would recommend a GT :)

If you get a GT, you wont be upset with the purchase. I use to have a female GT that would be the first fish to greet me when I came home.I really wish I didn't get rid of her, but she destroyed my old male Texas while I was at work.

The first aquarium I ever owned I got from a newspaper ad (about 15 years ago when I was 9) was a 45 gallon long. It had 5 fully grown GTs, and one Lutino Tiger Oscar. Amazingly they all got along fine. I don't think that experience was typical needless to say. The other fish being mention I don't have experience with though :)
