Compatibility of Armatus and Arowanas

Just want to get an idea of how many forum members are currently keeping their Armatus with Arowanas? If you are, what type of Arowana and the ratio's of Armatus to Aros (including size)..... photos would be a plus!

i have my 11-12" armatus with a black arowana that is about 13" or so, the armatus picks on him pretty bad, but i see others do it.

THe arowana is missing some scales and has shank marks...

I haven't had any problems in the past or currently with a Silver Aro... My last Aro that died when my tank busted. They seems to show slight aggression with each other, but nothing more than the occasional charge (bluff), or the Aro would give him a little nip, but nothing that ever alarmed me. The new guys is still very scrawny and hangs out with the 2 Armatus like they are all best friends. So far nothing. The Armatus seem to ignore/tolerate him very well. Always subject to change of course.

5 6-7 in Armatus

1 9 in Silver

The Aro will occasionally come down from the top and get very close to the Armatus, almost touch them, the Armatus don't even acknowledge the Aro is there. Have never seen a chase or a charge towards the Aro, they charge Odoes but not the Aro.

My group have all been raised together from a few inches.

3 black arows at around 16-17" with 2x 7-8" armatus with other tankmates
such as tinfoils, tigrinus and orino.

blacks doesnt bother the armatus. neither does the armatus go for the blacks.
they dont mind each other except when feeding.. no aggression, just the usual snatching out of food from somebody else's mouth.

both armatus doesnt mind the arows. they pick on other tankmates but not the arows.. so far....
