compatibility question

i currently have 2 flag cichlids a small choc cichlid and 2 mayan cichlids with a few tetra's red tail shark silver shark and couple plecs in a 5ft x 20" x 20" tank its well planted too

was wondering if i could add a group of discus and all be ok?

I would not advise it at all. Chocolates are usually pretty mellow however they can be aggressive also. The flagtails will outgrow that tank you have also.
